 Return and Refund policy:

《Korean and Japanese Fashion - Product Return and Exchange Notice》


• Korean and Japanese fashion (including clothes, bags, accessories, and shoes);
• Before you pay, please read this return and exchange notice on our website;
• Applicable to retail customers and wholesale merchants.
When you receive the goods, please check as soon as possible. If you find any problems, you can contact us by email or Whatsapp within 3 working days after receiving the goods, along with the problematic part of the product (including photos of the product and the problematic part), and clearly provide the order number and product number.

【Scope of Quality Issues】
The following situations are quality issues and can accept applications for product returns and exchanges:
• The product has obvious holes or is ragged;
• The product has obvious large-scale stains that cannot be cleaned by yourself;
• The accessories of the product fall off or are damaged;
• Different from the size of the ordered product;
• Sent the wrong product.

The following situations are not quality issues and cannot accept applications for product returns and exchanges:
• If it is due to your subjective reasons, such as: extremely small range of stains, thread ends, open lines in non-obvious places, color differences caused by computer monitors, materials and styles do not meet the imagination, are not suitable, clothes do not fit or look bad, etc...;
• Defects that do not affect the overall wear, such as: lining, corners and other non-obvious places of open lines, uneven sewing, light spots on light-colored clothes, mainly extremely small range of stains;
• The physical object is slightly different from the picture, such as: buttons, corners, labels, and tags, etc...;
• The quality of the physical object is slightly different from the picture, for example, the use of fabrics, the texture of fabrics and the fineness of workmanship;
• The clothes have a smell. Because the clothes may go through different pre- and post-production processing steps, and may be mixed with other clothes of different materials in the wholesale venue. Normally placed in an open place or cleaned will remove the smell.
• The product has no tag, no label, express delivery time;
• The goods have been used, worn, washed, fragrant, drawn, modified or changed in any way;
• Clothes, bags, accessories, shoe covers and accessories products are printed with production places outside of Korea/Japan, such as: Made in China, other regions in Asia or South America, because most of Korea will be produced by China or other places;
• After confirming the order, you cannot change the color, style, and size;
• Discounted goods/promotional goods.

【Exchange Procedures】
• If you find a problem with the product, you can contact us for processing within 3 working days after receiving the product, along with the problematic part of the product (including photos of the product and the problematic part), and clearly provide the order number and product number, email cs.greenontoday@thalassa-intl.com or Whatsapp 6583-1867;
• After receiving the notice, our company will make a preliminary assessment and confirmation, and you can arrange to return the problematic product to our designated return address;
• You must send out the product along with the original packaging within 7 working days after our preliminary confirmation; include a note to us in the return, the content of the note is as follows:
o Member name and order number;
o Reason for return and exchange;
o Recipient address, recipient name and phone recipient information.
• Please use SF Express/Postal Mail to return to us;
• If it is not allowed by this site, apply after 3 working days after signing, or if you cannot send out the goods within 7 working days after confirmation, it will not be accepted;
• After our company receives the returned goods, we will confirm with the customer on email or Whatsapp. If you need to exchange goods, the goods will be sent back to Korea to exchange the same style, same color, and same code goods. The exchange process takes about 7-14 working days. If there is a shortage or waiting for replenishment, the customer service colleague will notify you.
Note: To avoid any disputes, our company will only handle and follow up according to the relevant problem information provided by you for the problematic product.

【Return and Exchange Freight】
• If you find a quality problem after signing for the goods, the freight for returning the goods and/or the freight for re-shipping after the exchange will be borne by our company; (except for wholesale merchants)
• For the delivery method of the returned goods, our company reserves the final decision.

【Refund Method】
• Member account shopping gold (instant) or;
• Bank check refund and check deposit, it takes 5-7 working days (check refund: you need to provide a local mailing address and name).

【Remarks】
• Regarding the size of the product: All products on this website are marked with size data in the product content, and the data may have an error range generally within "1cm - 4cm";
• Understand the size before buying, and accept the error range of measurement. If a dispute arises after purchasing and paying, our company has the right not to accept it;
• If the returned product is found to have the following situations, our company cannot arrange for exchange/refund:
o Products that are returned directly without the consent of our company (our company has the right to refuse express mail);
o After signing for the goods, apply after 3 working days;
o The product has been agreed to be returned by our company, but the returned product is overdue (the product must be sent out within 7 working days);
o The product has been agreed to be returned by our company, but the returned product does not retain the tag or the product has been washed, worn or has signs of modification.
• The product quality picture you provide is a preliminary review. If our company receives the product and finds that it does not belong to the problem range and does not match the product quality picture. Our company will not exchange/refund, all express delivery fees for returned goods will be borne by you;
• If the product is damaged or lost during transportation, our company will assist you in applying for compensation from the transportation company/express company;
• After the shipment, our company will notify you of the shipment number in time; if you have special requirements, please explain to our customer service before shipment and note on the order.

Our company reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions at any time without further notice, and our company will have the final decision. If you have any questions, please feel free to inquire with our company.

當閣下收到商品後,敬請盡快檢查。如有發現問題,可於簽收商品後3個工作天內連同拍下之商品有問題部份(包括商品及問題部份相片),並清楚提供訂單編號及商品編號,電郵或Whatsapp聯繫我們處理。


【質量問題之範圍】

以下情況為有質量問題,可接受申請退換商品:
• 商品有明顯破洞或破爛;
• 商品有明顯大範圍污漬而無法自行清洗清除;
• 商品之飾片配件脫落或損壞;
• 跟訂購商品之尺碼不同;
• 發錯商品。


以下情況不屬於有質量問題,不可接受申請退換商品:
• 如因閣下主觀原因,例如: 極小範圍污點污漬、線頭、非明顯處之開線、電腦顯示器造成的色差、質料及款式不符合想像中、不適合、衣不稱身或穿著不好看等等...;
• 不影響整體穿著的瑕疵,如: 內裡、邊角等非明顯處之開線、縫製不齊、淡色衣服上的暇斑,以主極小範圍污點污漬;
• 實物與圖片略有差別,例如: 鈕扣、邊角、標籤及吊牌等...;
• 實物品質與圖片略有差別,例如,面料使用,面料質感及做工精細度;
• 衣服有異味。由於衣服可能經過不同之生產前後處理步驟,以及可能混疊於批發場內與其他物料不一樣的衣服放置在一起。正常地放置在開揚地方或清洗乾淨後便會去除異味。
• 商品無吊牌、無標籤、速遞運輸時間;
• 貨品已被使用過,已磨損、清洗、薰香、劃位、修改修補或任何方式之改變;
• 衣服,袋,飾品,鞋覆及配件製品上印有韓國/日本以外生產地,例如: Made in China 、亞洲其他地區或者南美州地區,因為現時韓國大部分都會交由中國或其他地方生產;
• 訂貨確認後不能更改顏色、款式、尺碼;
• 折實價商品/促銷商品。


【換貨程序】

• 閣下如發現商品有問題,可於簽收商品後3個工作天內連同拍下之商品有問題部份(包括商品及問題部份相片),並清楚提供訂單編號及商品編號,電郵cs.greenontoday@thalassa-intl.com 或 Whatsapp 6583-1867聯繫我們處理;
• 收到通知後,我們公司會作初步評估及確認後,閣下可安排有問題之商品寄回至我們指定的退貨地址;
• 閣下務必於我們初步確認後的 7個工作天內,將商品連同原包裝必須寄出;於退件內連同附紙條給我們,紙條內容如下:
o 會員名稱及訂單編號;
o 退換貨原因;
o 收件地址、收件人姓名及電話收件資料。
• 閣下請用順豐/郵寄平郵方式寄回給我們;
• 如未經本站允許、超過簽收後 3個工作天後才申請,或者確認後未能在 7個工作天內寄出商品,將不予受理;
• 本公司收到退回的貨品後會與客戶電郵或Whatsapp確認。如需要換貨,商品將會寄回韓國換同款同色同碼商品,換貨過程需要大約7-14個工作天,如出現斷貨或等待補貨之情況,客服同事會通知閣下。


注意:為免出現任何異議,本公司只會根據閣下提供有問題商品之有關問題資料作處理及跟進。


【退換貨運費】

• 閣下提供的商品質量圖片為初步審核,如果本公司收到商品後,發現並不屬於問題範圍內及跟商品質量圖片不符。本公司將不予換貨/退款,退回商品的所有速遞運費由閣下自行承擔;
• 如在運輸過程中造成的商品損壞遺失等責任,本公司會協助閣下跟運輸公司/速遞公司申請賠償;
• 發貨後本公司會及時通知各閣下發貨單號; 如有特別要求,請在發貨前向我們客服說明及註明於訂單上。

【质量问题之范围】

以下情况为有质量问题,可接受申请退换商品:
• 商品有明显破洞或破烂;

• 发错商品。


以下情况不属于有质量问题,不可接受申请退换商品:

• 实物品质与图片略有差别,例如,面料使用,面料质感及做工精细度;
• 衣服有异味。由于衣服可能经过不同之生产前后处理步骤,以及可能混叠于批发场内与其他物料不一样的衣服放置在一起。正常地放置在开扬地方或清洗干净后便会去除异味。
• 商品无吊牌、无标签、速递运输时间;
• 货品已被使用过,已磨损、清洗、薰香、划位、修改修补或任何方式之改变;
• 衣服,袋,饰品,鞋覆及配件制品上印有韩国/日本以外生产地,例如: Made in China 、亚洲其他地区或者南美州地区,因为现时韩国大部分都会交由中国或其他地方生产;
• 订货确认后不能更改颜色、款式、尺码;
• 折实价商品/促销商品。


【换货程序】
