You will need to pay the full shipping cost as displayed at checkout first. However, we will guarantee reimburse you the "Free Shipping Offer" of the shipping cost in one of the following two ways:

  • If your payment method allows refunds without any extra charge, we will refund you the "Free Shipping Offer" of the shipping cost based on the shipping rate on the day of your order;
  • If your payment method does not allow refunds or charges a fee for refunds, we will send you a unique cash redeem code that you can use on your next purchases;
  • The cash redeem code will be valid for 1 month from the date of issue and can be used for any product on our website;
  • The cash redeem code is non-transferable and non-refundable;
  • The cash redeem code will be sent to you by email within 7 working days after your order is shipped.
